Steve and Christie Bravo:
Steve and Christie been serving the family of God in various retreat ministries for more than 20 years. They have been serving with the Leadership Center since 1995 and are currently the Directors of the Retreat Ministry. They bring a wealth of experience, a deep love for God and His creation, and a genuine heart for the leaders of Christ’s church. This is a couple uniquely qualified to give leadership to our Retreat Ministry. Steve and Christie have put together a caring team of hosts and hostesses to serve with them at each retreat.

Skip and Nancy Metz:
Skip and Nancy retired to Wolfeboro where their family had enjoyed many summers over the years. Both Skip and Nancy were involved in Bible Study Fellowship and Community Bible Study in Connecticut. They are currently Directors of Ministry Services at the First Congregational Church in Ossipee. This ministry helps new people become actively involved in the church. We are blessed to experience their enthusiasm and energy in our retreat ministry.

Dave and Dawn Lind:
Dave and Dawn Lind are the founders of Focus On Purpose, a Christian marriage coaching business offering telephone coaching, workshops, and assessments. They coach pastoral and lay leadership couples to discover and focus on their God-given joint purpose as a “Team of Two”. Dave, a senior pastor since 1981, has a Master’s degree in ministry. Dawn, with a Master’s degree in education, is an ICF professional certified life coach. Married since 1975, the Linds have three sons (two married and one in college) and two grandchildren. They reside in beautiful Vermont.

I. Acquire graph reading skills for the LFYS profile:

• Delineate the eight zone strength scales
• Reveal how scores dynamically impact wording of the LFYS profile
• Discover four sources of stress that may cause strength movement
• Differentiate between the natural and adapted scores on the Strength Wheel

II. Gain insights from the LFYS profile:

• Explain the core message of transforming relationships
• Highlight specific sections on the LFYS report
• Develop a pattern of interpreting the LFYS profile with your clients
• State behavioral implications of the adapted style on the natural style

III. Obtain life applications with the LFYS profiles:

• Consider various seminar/workshop training models
• Gain team building exercises using the Strength Wheel

• Acquire procedure to purchase discounted profiles
• Choose instant or delayed profile deliver options

The class consists of 2 two-hour sessions by phone OR WebEx with assignments given between each session.

• May 26 and June 2 (Thursdays), Noon-2pm Eastern Time (translate to your time zone)
• July 26 - Live Training in Scottsdale, Arizona

Cost: $398/person plus $39.95 for materials   

Upon completion of Leading From Your Strengths training, you will:

• Be certified as a Leading From Your Strengths  practitioner
• Understand the dynamics of the assessment and its applications
• Be equipped as a leader to use the assessment with your team
• Be able to display a Leading From Your Strengths certificate
